Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC evaluates customer satisfaction with the quality of service, banking services/products and information system on a quarterly basis. The final assessment resulted in an overall score of 98,60.

Please note that the assessment is carried out on a 100-point scale, where 0 points mean unsatisfactory quality, and 100 points means full compliance with the client’s expectations.
