Every year the Bank analyzes the level of customer satisfaction. In 2023 98.16% of respondents expressed satisfaction with their experience with the Bank. This confirms the high level of customer satisfaction with the Bank's services in the reporting year.

Please note that the assessment is carried out on a 100-point scale, where 0 points mean unsatisfactory quality, and 100 points means full compliance with the client’s expectations.
