The Human Resources Management Policy of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is aimed at building a highly effective model of human resources management and development aimed at achieving the Bank's strategic goals. The key objectives of the Policy are: formation of an effective team in the Bank focused on achieving the strategic goals of the Bank, effective succession management, organizational structure management and effective organization of business processes and development of corporate culture.
Human resources management in the Bank is carried out in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Unified Personnel Policy of «Baiterek» NMH JSC and the Bank's internal regulatory documents. Management practice is based on attracting and retaining highly qualified specialists, development of human resources and improvement of corporate culture.
The Bank recognizes the importance of developing the capacity of their employees, maintaining and improving their professional level. The Bank attaches great importance to continuous updating of professional knowledge and improvement of employees' competencies required to achieve the company's strategic goals and objectives. Goals and objectives in this direction are regulated by the Bank's Employee Development Rules, taking into account SDG 4, which requires increasing the number of people with professional skills by 2030.

The Bank's occupational health and safety and fire safety policy is developed in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including regulations on occupational health and safety, as well as the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bank's internal documents.
