This is reflected in the Bank's Sustainable Development Policy, the Regulations on the Application of the Green Office Concept and the Roadmap for the Implementation of ESG Principles for 2023-2026. These documents demonstrate the Bank's integrated approach to minimizing its environmental impact and improving resource efficiency.
As part of the «Green Office» regulations, the Bank implements a number of measures aimed at reducing energy, water and paper consumption. These include installing motion sensors in temporary locations, which saves electricity, using photocells to control facade lighting and using LED lamps. The Bank has also introduced a system of separate waste collection, facilitating its subsequent recycling and reducing its negative impact on the environment. The Bank monitors its environmental emissions annually and controls its consumption of electricity, heat and water resources in order to meet the established targets under the Green Office regulations. No environmental violations were observed in 2023.
