  • the message should necessarily contain the name of the Bank’s business unit, full name of the Bank employee complaining about.  
  • it is preferable to provide evidence of inappropriate behavior of the Bank employees in the report. 
  • reports giving reasons to believe that they are written to solve personal conflicts with the management team members will not be considered.
