The Development Bank of Kazakhstan places primary emphasis on social factors of sustainable development of society: socially responsible investment, financing of projects on clean production, creation of jobs, implementation of social programs for staff, sponsorship and charity, etc. Being aware of its responsibility to contribute to the sustainable development of the society, the Bank takes into account the interests of a wide range of parties influenced by the Bank activity, shareholders, clients, investors, employees, suppliers, business community, government and general public. One of the priorities is to ensure social security, providing best working and vacation conditions to improve continuously professional development of the Bank's employees. The Development Bank employees upon their initiative and in their private capacity provide financial assistance to sick children and children in need, donate clothes and footwear, toys to children from orphanages and boarding schools and children with disabilities. Additionally, the Development Bank provides sponsorship for various events and social projects strengthening reputation of the Development Bank and its positive image. The DBK provides sponsorship and charity assistance in accordance with the charity and sponsorship policy of the Bank.
