Project Description Modernization and reconstruction of the Shymkent Oil Refinery, as a result of the project, it is planned to increase the capacity of the reprocessing plant to 6,0 million tonnes per year and the depth of its processing to 90 percent, as well as production of products in accordance with the K-4 and K-5 standards
