Project name Construction of advanced oil refining complex  at Atyrau Refinery
Project description The project implementation is aimed at increasing the productivity of Atyrau refinery up to 5, 5 mil. tons per year and oil refining efficiency up to 87 %, gaining in yield of motor fuel up to 77 % (due to the decreasing in production of low-value dark fractions - oil fuel and vacuum gas oil), corresponding to the international standards of Euro - 4 and Euro -5; Expansion of the secondary processes Improving the quality of gasoline and diesel fuel, corresponding to euro standards; Shortage control of antiknock and jet fuel on the domestic market. The project is implemented within the framework of the State Program on Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 years and the State Program on Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019 years.
